I am 5' 4" and 150lbs and love the S/M, this tee does run a bit longer! You just gotta work with it and style it perfectly! My husband is 5' 8" and 240lbs, he wears the L/XL perfectly. 

My boys are 42" and 38lbs, they fit the 2/3 perfectly!
